Banana Loaf Recipe

This banana bread recipe uses walnuts for a hearty texture and flavor.
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cups milk
4 ripe mashed bananas
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
(Makes 2 loaves)
Preheat oven 350 degrees F.
Grease 2 loaf pans and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together sugar, oil, bananas and milk
Add in the nuts, flour, and salt and stir until thoroughly blended.
Bake for 50-55 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
